I was commissioned to create marketing collateral for the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center. The project was titled "Project Trinity: Health, Hope, and Healing". The project was created to do a study on the mental health of African Americans during 2020 with COVID-19 pandemic, and social justice.
While working on this project, I made sure to keep in mind that the client wanted to give off the feeling of hope, positivity, and healing while also staying aware as to what was happening to African Americans during that time.
With the logo, I wanted to use healing hands, to showcase healing, and I also use the lotus flower in the logo because the flower is known to represent "strength". With the marketing collateral, I used the color scheme that is known to represent the African American flag, etc. I wanted to keep the designs all simple but eye catching so that people would know exactly who the client was aiming to market themselves to.
