In February, me alongside other talented artist released a limited collection of clothing merchandise for NBA Memphis Grizzlies team under the creative company Unapologetic's clothing collection brand named "GARMENTS". I enjoyed and learned to much about this process. Below I will add the details behind why it was titled the "Gold" collection. It was an instant hit, and majority sold out items exclusively sold at the FedEx Forum.
The UNAPOLOGETIC. Garments x Memphis Grizzlies GOLD Collection was designed to project the royalty of gold, but we specifically wanted to champion what gold means to the Memphis community. Gold is synonymous with Memphis culture. We hear it in our music, we see it on the teeth of our people, and just like the precious metal this city is secretly full of some of the most exceptional individuals you could ever meet. Gold is regal. Gold is gritty and this collection reminds you to proudly show your fangs and represent the GOLD that lives throughout Memphis.
